FEBRUARY 2010 MEETING MINUTES
- Call to order by Brian Hollands at 6:31pm
- Opening Prayer was lead by Jack Eckert followed by the Pledge.
- The following candidates were introduced and given a minute to address the group; Eddie Adams, Dr. Bob McCann, Scott Barrish, and Anne Madden
- January meeting minutes were approved HCRP Executive Director.
- Josh Burgin spoke about the use of Web Elect technical difficulties prevented a demo.
- Dr. Susan MacManus of USF addressed the club with her Top Ten Election Issues list then took questions.
- Formation of a District 9 volunteer activists committee to organize club members who are willing to participate in precinct walks and phone banks.
- Request for local chamber members to assist our current Chamber Ambassadors.
- Formation of the Teen Republican Club was announced, Nicole introduced. This club is not directly affiliated with our club but members of our club have volunteered to assist the teens.
- Membership renewals are noted on the sign in sheet.
- The Board has announced a need for a corresponding secretary.
- The Club is still in need of a volunteer for the Events Chair position.
